Description:

Last year, PwC Saratoga outlined its new, evolved model for examining the HR function -- taking HR assessment beyond the traditional “cost center” mentality. To more comprehensively evaluate HR, we must delve deeper into the specific underlying HR sub-functions that impact HR’s ability to be a value driver. Our study will focus on the recruiting and staffing, rewards, and deals sub-functions as these each play a large role on the success of HR in delivering value to the organization.

As automation replaces manual activities and diversity is increasingly scrutinized, the recruiting and staffing sub-function is undergoing fundamental changes. The landscape of rewards is changing too, with workplace flexibility, the “gig economy”, wellness programs, and transparency becoming more and more important. And the continual rise in mergers and acquisitions is increasing an organization’s reliance on its deals group.

The environment surrounding these critical sub-functions is changing rapidly -- is HR preparing and adjusting appropriately in order to deliver optimal value?

Please join our webcast on July 26th from 2:00 to 3:00 PM EST to hear about the latest Saratoga benchmark results. Areas of focus for this webcast include:

  • Reviewing our proposed way to evaluate business impact, employee impact, and ability to operate as a business with PwC’s People Analytics’ three-pronged assessment of HR
  • Discussing key issues impacting HR effectiveness within rewards, deals, and recruiting sub-functions - and applying our HR assessment model to these sub-functions
  • Examining the results from the most recent PwC Saratoga US benchmarking study
