Description:

Many organizations are venturing into predictive analytics to answer talent-related questions such as, Who is likely to resign? Can we predict the best leaders of the future? Why do some teams perform better than others? Building the predictive model is just the first step (and perhaps most straight forward).

The most common hurdle – and often the most difficult one for organizations to navigate – is taking action on a model’s findings. Predictive models represents a more nuanced set of information than simpler descriptive analysis, can raise ethical dilemmas and communication challenges in response, and requires pushing analytics to the point of the decision process. Yet, the value of predictive models is quickly lost if results are not integrated into talent decisions and processes.

Please join us for a live, webcast on April 6, presented by PwC’s People Analytics team where we look at leading practices for taking action on predictive analytics. Specifically we will share two case studies involving organizations that have implemented predictive attrition risk modeling for over 5 years, and look into how they have measured impact on business and worked on integrating results into strategies, technologies, policies, and strategic workforce planning to derive best value within the organization.
