Cybercrime is on the rise. According to the Securities and Exchange Commission, 74% of advisors have experienced cyber attacks either directly or through one or more of their vendors. Given the current environment, regulators have made it clear that they expect advisors and investment companies to have a comprehensive program that protects firm and client data and assets.
