George Yunis VP Marketing-Allure
Throughout his career, George Yunis has been responsible for brand-to-consumer engagement and content solution strategies for the food and beverage industry. At Allure, a Christie Company, and in prior positions at the Aramark Innovation Center as well as marketing agencies, he has continually dedicated his efforts to balancing innovative brand marketing with relevant operational solutions that can be measured and leveraged to achieve restaurant clients’ business objectives. From his early days working for McDonalds and Applebee’s to his current role at Allure, his passion for food and hospitality is at the core of his efforts – whether its planning the digital guest experience or designing the newest optimized and data-driven Digital Menu Boards. As a digital signage industry veteran, Yunis has long been involved in digital signage industry education as one of a select group of Distinguished Faculty Members for DSE, and is also a former Board Member of the Digital Signage Federation.


Jesse Breidinger Senior Marketing Manager-Coca-Cola
Jesse Breidinger leads brand activation with customers in the on-premise food service and specialty retail environments for The Coca-Cola Company. She has been in the food and beverage industry for more than 8 years, leading digital projects across colleges, universities, and in sports and entertainment facilities. Breidinger is a member of the Digital Signage Expo Advisory Board and is passionate about leveraging Coca-Cola and industry insights to advance the digital efforts of her partners across the industry.


Andrea L. Ehresman Director of Retail Strategy –Coca-Cola
Andrea brings a wealth of strategic expertise to the industry. Her more than 13 years of experience in developing successful brand strategies for the foodservice + retail industries, has led her to her current position within The Coca-Cola Company. As the Director of Retail Strategy, Andrea plays a critical role in promoting Coca-Cola’s National Retail Division. Along with creating the North American Strategy, Andrea oversees programming for more than 500 sales and marketing associates. Prior to joining the Coca-Cola team in Atlanta, Andrea was Coca-Cola’s Senior Customer Marketing Manager, based in Denver. During her 7.5-year tenure in Colorado, she built strong brand alliances with many quick service chains, including Chipotle, Smashburger and Red Robin. Andrea cut her teeth as a brand strategist in her home state of Florida where she developed marketing platforms for Universal Orlando Resorts, Darden Restaurants and Big Bend Hospice. Andrea earned a honors A.B. in Economics and a M.B.A. from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. When she’s not developing marketing strategies, Andrea enjoys traveling internationally, dabbling in photography and cheering on her football teams — Go Seminoles and Broncos!
