Vanessa is the Research Director for IDC's Enterprise Social Networks and Collaborative Technologies program. In this position, she provides a holistic view of traditional and emerging collaboration channels being applied internally and externally to the enterprise. Vanessa has a business process oriented and end user focused approach to software research and analysis. Her core research is on enterprise social networks and communities but also spans traditional collaboration and unified communications (UC) applications. Vanessa is also a lead analyst in IDC's Social Business research team and contributes to the CIO Agenda research.

Maricel Cabahug, SVP Global Head of Design, UX and Fiori Product Management, SAP

As head of Global Design and SAP Fiori product management, Maricel leads a multidisciplinary team of designers, user researchers, architects, developers, UX product managers and design thinking practitioners who define and evolve SAP Fiori. Her team institutionalized the design-led development process at SAP, bringing the design thinking methodology into product development and changing how SAP develops software. Prior to joining SAP in 2011, Maricel was the CIO of Yaskawa Electric, an SAP customer, giving her firsthand experience of the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise software.

Senior Director of Product Marketing, SAP

Katie is a Senior Director at SAP working on the SAP S/4HANA product marketing team. In this position, Katie is focused on driving awareness, creating demand and promoting customer references for SAP S/4HANA. She is passionate about changing the perception of the user experience of SAP software and promoting SAP Fiori UX. In addition, Katie drives product content strategy for corporate events, like SAPPHIRE NOW, featuring customer stories and product experts.
