Description:

As part of its ongoing BEPS initiative, the OECD released on July 4, 2016, drafts on Attribution of Profits to Permanent Establishments and Revised Guidance of Profit Splits. The OECD has requested formal comments on these drafts by September 5, 2016, in advance of the planned October 11-12, 2016 Public Consultation. The panel will discuss key areas of guidance and requests for clarification by the OECD, such as Significant People Functions, and Risk and Value Chain Analysis. The webcast will also address areas of increased risk, and the potential for additional controversy resulting from the final guidance.
