Kim Peretti is co-chair of Alston & Bird’s Cybersecurity Preparedness & Response Team, the former director of PwC’s cyber forensic services group, and a former senior litigator for the Department of Justice’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section with a specialized background in managing complex, electronic investigations and responses, often the result of cyber intrusions and data breaches. She also advises clients on matters of cybersecurity and cyber risk; privacy, financial crime, fraud and regulation; payment systems compliance and risk mitigation; economic espionage; and intellectual property theft. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

| Andrea Bonime-Blanc CEO and Founder GEC Risk Advisory
Andrea Bonime-Blanc is the author of the white paper “Emerging Practices in Cyber Risk Governance,” which she wrote for The Conference Board, where she is the nonprofit’s lead cyber risk governance researcher. She is the CEO and founder of GEC Risk Advisory, a global strategic risk advisory firm. Bonime-Blanc holds a joint J.D. in law and Ph.D. in political science from Columbia University and has spent two decades as a senior executive — including as general counsel — in various global industries. She has worked in companies ranging from startups to Fortune 250 firms. Over the years, her responsibilities have included corporate governance, legal, ethics, compliance, risk, crisis management, internal audit, and external affairs. She was the founding global chief ethics and compliance officer for media company Bertelsmann. In 2015 and 2014, Ethisphere included her on its list of the 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics.
