Research indicates that culture and engagement matter. When a company’s culture is aligned to its strategy and values, it attracts those who feel comfortable in that culture, which in turn helps companies to motivate people, typically leading to a high level of engagement – and performance.

Yet, in a 2016 survey of more than 7,000 executives, only 12% of companies surveyed believe they truly understand their culture, while 46% reported that they are prepared to tackle the engagement challenge1.

Business leaders often think about culture and engagement interchangeably. Although the two are closely linked, they focus on different aspects of the business and involve different approaches to address each effectively.

Join us on Tuesday, August 16, when Josh Bersin will provide his perspective on:
  • The differences and linkages between culture and engagement
  • How culture and engagement help drive strategy and improve the bottom line
  • Tangible ways to make an impact on your organization’s culture and engagement
