In his current role Mark leads the go to market activities around SAP Cloud globally for IBM and works with leading corporations to help define their future SAP Cloud strategy. Mark has been with IBM for over 18 years and held a number of leadership roles across the U.S. and Pacific, most recently as the VP for Account Management at SoftLayer, a cloud computing company that IBM acquired in 2013. Mark lives in Dallas, TX and is graduate of the University of North Texas.


Madhuri Chawla, Director & CTO, IBM Global Cloud Services for SAP Technical Sales & Solutioning, IBM Global Cloud Services

Madhuri is an IBM Executive responsible for Global SAP Technical Sales in Cloud Services. She is known for providing strategic direction in cloud services transformation initiatives for customers and business partners. Her direction in the development of Cloud Services largest cloud offerings to date was instrumental in taking the managed applications cloud offerings to market. She works with enterprise customers on a worldwide basis, in helping them define their IT roadmaps and cloud transformation journey.

She has extensive IT and business experience in which she led many innovative solutions for clients and has negotiated partnerships with key business partners such as SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud. Her areas of expertise include cloud services strategy, systems and service management integration, solution architecture and business process re-engineering.
