Description:

PwC’s Energy practice invites you to join us for a webcast titled Addressing BEPS Action 13: Immediate, practical strategies for energy companies.

With the finalization of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Base Erosion & Profit Shifting (BEPS) Action Item 13 report on October 5, 2015, multinational enterprises face greater transfer pricing documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements than ever before. In particular, energy companies face unique challenges and considerations in meeting these new obligations. Given the unprecedented levels of transparency and granular detail called for under Action Item 13, energy executives must act quickly to ensure that they are best positioned to achieve strategic compliance with respect to their transfer pricing.

During this webcast, we will discuss the immediate, practical steps multinational energy companies should take now to design, develop, and implement strategies to meet their impending Action Item 13 requirements.
