Tom McClune is a regional managing director with global consulting firm Protiviti. Based in Los Angeles, McClune leads Protiviti’s U.S. West region, as well as the LA office operations. He also leads many of the firm’s larger internal audit client engagements. McClune has more than 20 years of professional services experience providing internal audit and other advisory and business risk management services for global, public and private organizations across a wide range of industries, with a special focus on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to joining Protiviti, McClune was a partner at Arthur Andersen for four years.

Holly Kay is West Monroe Partners’ Chief Financial Officer. Since joining the firm in 2006, Kay has assisted firm-wide leadership to grow revenue by over 250 percent—driven by both organic growth and geographic expansion. As CFO and a member of the West Monroe Partners’ executive team, she oversees consolidated financial reporting. During Kay’s tenure she has led the collaboration of the company’s corporate functions through the creation and oversight of a shared services strategic plan and governance model.
