Rick has a great understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and has recently as ECM Team Lead delivered xECM and Content Server to Hydro Tasmania. Built around a tight integration of SharePoint, Content Server and SAP, and an alignment of core and key process to a simple UI, this outcome is recognized as outstanding by the user community and business, hence many are keen to now adopt and learn from this experience.

Rafael has over 15 years of experience working with global organizations that include Novartis, Accenture and PwC before he joined Sanofi in 2014. Sanofi is a global healthcare leader engaged in the research, development, and marketing of therapeutic solutions. His primary focus is Project management to maximize the business value of Project initiatives through effective management of resources (IT, people, financial resources, services).

With Sanofi, he leads the Project PMO for the major Finance and Procurement Transformation Project that turned around processes, systems and people at Sanofi Brazil. He is responsible for leading the end-to-end processes of P2P, C&C, Treasury and Procurement.
