Kevin has assisted numerous medium and large enterprises to identify the most appropriate UC&C solution based on a methodical process to identify and prioritize business objectives along with end users requirements, evaluate multiple viable options, and provide clear, concise recommendations along with achievable timelines and realistic budgets. After developing a strategy, Kevin is often asked to oversee the implementation of the strategy and he has happily done this for large Cisco UC and Lync deployments. Ståle Hansen is a Microsoft MVP and CEO at Advania Norway. He regularly speaks at industry events such as Lync Conference, Nordic Infrastructure Conference, TechEd and Microsoft Ignite. He blogs at msunified.net, is part of the UC Architects podcast group and is a highly rated trainer. Since 2006 he has been implementing OCS, Lync and Skype for Business in diverse and challenging environments across verticals, mostly including Enterprise Voice. His core competence is to explain complex scenarios and make them understandable by combining technical insight and business value.

Teresa Dixon, Director of Product Management, Unimax

Teresa is responsible for defining, developing, and delivering product strategy for the company. Teresa joined Unimax in 1996. At Unimax, she has moved from lead technical engineering positions to managing various vendor business relationships to defining which products and services best meet the needs of the converged enterprise system management market. Prior to joining Unimax, Teresa spent 13 years at Unisys where she held lead positions in Engineering, Product Management, and Project Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree in Math and Quantitative Methods from the University of St. Thomas.

Phil Moen, President and CEO, Unimax

Phil has twenty five years of experience and executive leadership in the software technology industry. Phil's wide expertise has provided direction to many parts of technology organizations from sales and delivery to the product management and development of complex telecommunication, production and inventory control systems. Phil's prior work includes many technological breakthroughs in thin client computing, user interface architecture and ergonomic usability. For the past 9 years, Phil has worked with his Unimax team to develop incredibly simple, self-trained UC tools which allow the entire employee chain to manage complex telephony environments across many telecom equipment and UC providers such as Avaya/Nortel, Cisco, Microsoft, AVST and others, whether that employee is a telecom professional, a help desk operator, or an end user.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in general business, sales and marketing from St. Cloud State University, and is CPIM certified.

Michelle Burbick, Associate Editor, No Jitter; Program Coordinator, Enterprise Connect

Michelle Burbick is the Associate Editor and a blogger for No Jitter, UBM Tech's online community for news and analysis of the enterprise convergence/unified communications industry. In addition to writing, editing, and managing No Jitter, Michelle also serves the role of Program Coordinator for its affiliated industry event, Enterprise Connect, the largest independent conference and exposition devoted to the enterprise communications industry.

Prior to coming to No Jitter, Michelle worked as a writer and editor, producing content for technology companies for several years.
