Live Webcast
Date: December 17, 2015
Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST
CPE: 1.0

Description:

Action 13 of the OECD’s Action Plan on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) focuses on transparency for tax administrations by providing them with adequate information to conduct transfer pricing risk assessments and examinations through increased transfer pricing documentation requirements, specifically including a new country-by-country report (CbC report) and a master file. The OECD has recommended that the first CbC reports be required to be filed for multinational enterprises’ (MNEs) fiscal years beginning on or after January 1, 2016. The top concern remains for tax departments - how to gather, analyze and produce the necessary data.

Join PwC specialists from our End-to-End Transfer Pricing, Tax Reporting and Strategy and International Tax practices for a webcast exploring the latest practical learnings on how to execute. Topics will include:

  • Getting to the data - how are organizations leveraging their ERP and Consolidation systems to minimize manual collection of financial information?
  • Alignment and integration with other organizational processes – e.g. 5471s. What commonalities can be exploited?
  • Non-financial information required to support future state TP compliance – how are companies thinking about workflow?
  • Technology tools to execute in-house on Action Plan 13 compliance and practical examples on data sources and consolidation tools

Speakers:
David Nickson – End-to-End Transfer Pricing Execution Leader
Teresa Peacock – Tax Reporting & Strategy Partner
Kathy Nicholson – Tax Reporting & Strategy Managing Director
Kirk Gallego – ITS Quantitative Services Partner
