Chris Elliott

Chris Elliott is a senior economist with Restaurants Canada. With more than 10 years of experience in the foodservice industry, Chris specializes in economic modeling and forecasting, and is a leading source of information and analysis on economic trends and their impact on current and future foodservice sales. He has a master’s degree in Economics from Carleton University and is a popular speaker at industry events and company-specific strategic planning sessions.
