TA Instruments introduces the Affinity ITC and Affinity ITC Auto instruments for characterizing a wide variety of molecular interactions, including protein-protein binding, drug-ligand binding, small molecule-receptor interaction and enzyme kinetics. The Affinity ITC instruments employ innovative features such as the FlexSpin™ stirring technology for efficient slow speed mixing, the AccuShot™ injection technology that is separate from the stirring mechanism and delivers high precision sub-microliter injection volumes at the top of the stirring paddle and the Intelligent Hardware Positioning for reliable, accurate hardware positioning. Utilizing an industry-proven 96-well plate liquid handling autosampler, the Affinity ITC Auto maximizes throughput, performance and reliability. For laboratories requiring the newest innovations in ITC and higher throughput for ITC samples, these new instruments will provide the next step in ITC hardware improvement without sacrificing reliability or sensitivity.



ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dile Holton, Ph.D.

Dile Holton earned his Ph.D. in Immunology and Microbiology at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is the Microcalorimetry Product Manager at TA Instruments, and former Marketing Manager for Microcal. Dile is an excellent speaker and educator. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of life science proteomics and microcalorimetry.
