Mike has a B.S. in Textile Chemistry and a Master of Textiles, both from North Carolina State University where he was also an Adjunct Industrial-Associate at Textile Extension and Applied Research, College of Textiles, until 2005. A Senior Member since 1976 and a past chair of several committees, Mike is the President-elect of American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC). Speaker: Mary Ann Ankeny Director, Dyeing Research Mary Ann Ankeny focuses on research and implementation of preparation, dyeing, printing and sustainable wet processing technologies as Director, Dyeing Research at Cotton Incorporated. Mary Ann has held various research positions within Cotton Incorporated since joining the company in 1995. Prior to working at Cotton Incorporated, Mary Ann was employed with Amoco Fabrics and Fibers as a Research Engineer in the Nonwovens Group.
