Marie Inkster
President, CEO & Director

Ms. Inkster was appointed President, CEO & Director of Lundin Mining in October 2018, having been appointed to Chief Financial Officer in May 2009 after joining the Company in September 2008 as Vice President, Finance. Under Ms. Inkster’s stewardship as CFO, the company has undergone a significant transformation with the successful acquisitions of Eagle and Candelaria mines, and notable growth initiatives through exploration and brownfields expansion at the company’s operations.
During her career, Ms. Inkster has held senior positions in a number of publicly traded companies, including five years with LionOre Mining International Ltd where she served as Vice President, Controller at the time of its acquisition by Norilsk Nickel in July of 2007. Ms. Inkster has 20 years of experience in public company financial management, public and private equity and debt fundraising, corporate transactions and public company reporting. She is a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Lucara Diamond Corp.

Jinhee Magie
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Magie was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in October 2018. Prior to her current role, Ms. Magie acted as Vice President, Finance having joined the Company in September 2008 as Director, Finance. With over 25 years of experience, Ms. Magie began her career with Ernst & Young and has held progressively more senior roles in public companies, with the last 13 years being in the mining industry. Before joining Lundin Mining, Ms. Magie was the Director of Corporate Compliance for LionOre Mining International Ltd. She has extensive experience in acquisitions and divestitures, public and private equity fundraising and public company reporting. Ms. Magie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).

Peter Richardson
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Richardson is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Lundin Mining and has more than 23 years of mining management experience.
Prior to his COO position, he was General Manager at Lundin's Eagle Mine in Michigan, USA. Before joining Lundin in September 2015, Peter held a number of senior positions with Boliden ranging from General Manager at the Aitik copper mine, Project Manager for the major mine expansion at the Garpenberg zinc/lead silver mine, and as Director for Strategy and Business Development for all Boliden mines.
Peter holds an MSc in Geotechnology from the Luleå University in Sweden specialized in Metallurgical Engineering.

Steve Gatley
Vice President, Technical Services

Mr. Gatley is a British citizen and a qualified mining engineer with over 30 years of experience in the base metals mining industry. He has spent much of his career with the Rio Tinto group occupying increasingly senior mine production and project management positions in mines across Europe, Africa and South America. He joined Lundin Mining in 2005 with their acquisition of the Galmoy mine in Ireland, where he held the position of General Manager. Since 2006, he has occupied a corporate role providing high level technical support to the company's operating mines, strategic investments and business development initiatives.
