The mobile messaging ecosystem stands on the verge of a huge opportunity. The way enterprises communicate with employees, partners and consumers is changing. They all want real-time, two-way communication. Texting (SMS and MMS) is at the center of that growing demand as enterprises and their CPaaS providers are increasingly integrating texting into various customer engagement and collaboration solutions.

In this presentation, Marco Lafrentz, tyntec’s Director of CPaaS Business Line will share key building blocks of an interconnected global messaging ecosystem that’s optimized for CPaaS-powered enterprise communications. Dr. Lafrentz will also share deeper insights behind his recent proposal for creating an entirely new enterprise messaging ecosystem in North America that fills the gap between person-to-person messaging (P2P) and application-to-person messaging (A2P) over short code.

The overarching theme of the presentation focuses on applying platform thinking and technical enablement to help telecom operators to participate in a new interconnected global messaging ecosystem – ultimately enabling enterprises to connect with today’s consumers in the way they want.

What attendees will learn:
  • What the rise of cloud communications platforms means for the enterprise messaging ecosystem
  • What the messaging ecosystem can learn from the platform thinking and technical enablement
  • How to create a neutral, transparent system to power enterprise-to-consumer communications

Who should attend:
  • Technology officers and directors
  • Enterprise application developers
  • Communications service providers
  • Telecommunications professionals
  • Professionals responsible for implementing: Unified Communications, Contact Center Technologies, Communications APIs/Communications-Enabled Business Processes
