COTS Signal Processing for Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems

 Many of the feats accomplished by modern military radar and electronic warfare (EW) systems are enabled by commercial technology -- from the signal processors to FPGAs, to analog to digital converters & digital to analog converters, to the board and system level.
