Presenters should only need to pass steps 1 and 2. Any users having trouble with a non-streaming live presentation should pass all the steps on this page.

STEP 2: Test the version of the XML Parser installed on this browser: FAILED |
Note: This step is relevant only for Presentation Manager and Live, Non-streaming presentations (web-conferences)
|
Some of our applications require the Microsoft XML Parser version 3.0 SP2 or later. This parser is W3C compliant, and all XML processing is designed to be fully compliant with international standards. Internet Explorer 6.0 and later provide this parser as a standard feature.
If you are running an older version of Windows 95 or 98 and the install of the parser software fails with an error message such as "Error Creating Process -- The System Cannot Find the File Specified," it is probable that you do not have the Windows Installer software that the XML Parser uses to install itself - download it for Windows 2000 or Windows NT or Windows 98 or Windows ME. Download and install that software and then repeat the steps above to install the XML parser software.
