This 60-minute webcast, presented by the Air Quality and Climate Change Practice at Latham & Watkins, will address the following current air quality and climate change regulatory and policy updates:
  • The recent decision in the California Low Carbon Fuel Standard case and its implications for the implementation of the LCFS   
  • Greenhouse gas emissions trading for airlines
  • How climate change issues have been addressed in revised Equator Principles
  • President Obama’s newly-released Climate Action Plan and its implications for new greenhouse gas standards for power plants and incentives for carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) projects
