The 2015 Legal Hold, Data Preservation & Collections Benchmark Survey is the 3rd annual edition of the most extensive survey series focused on how organizations handle data preservation and collections. Building on the previous year's studies, several hundred professionals dealing directly with litigation hold and data collection again participated.

This webcast will reveal the latest (2015) findings on the demographics, processes, common pain points and risks associated with legal holds and data preservation/collection, including:

Ronald J. Hedges LLC

Ronald J. Hedges served as a United States Magistrate Judge in the District of New Jersey from 1986 to 2007. He is the chair of the Advisory Board of Digital Discovery & e-Evidence, a Bloomberg BNA publication. Mr. Hedges has authored numerous articles on electronic information. Among other things, he is a coauthor of both editions of the Federal Judicial Center publication, Managing Discovery of Electronic Information: A Pocket Guide for Judges and is a senior editor of the editions of The Sedona Conference Cooperation Proclamation: Resources for the Judiciary. Mr. Hedges taught e-discovery at Georgetown University Law Center, Seton Hall School of Law and Rutgers School of Law-Newark. He has served as a special master, mediator, and arbitrator.

Ms. Atlee manages litigation globally for CBRE. She is a commercial litigator with experience in state and federal courts. She has managed a wide variety of matters including antitrust lawsuits, governmental agency investigations, unfair business practice litigation, contractual disputes, franchise-relations issues, products liabilities allegations and real estate controversies. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Atlee was a Senior Attorney at BP, an international energy company, where she managed litigation as well as state and federal investigations and transacted franchise-related retail agreements. Ms. Atlee is a member of the California State Bar. She is admitted to practice in all California courts, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Brad is a frequent author and speaker on data preservation and e-discovery issues, including articles in National Law Journal, Corporate Counsel, Metropolitan Corporate Counsel and Information Management and presentations at leading industry events such as LegalTech New York. Prior to joining Zapproved, he led the development of electronic discovery readiness consulting efforts for Fios, Inc. from 2004 to 2009. He has held senior management positions at prominent public and privately held companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Tektronix and Merant.
