Mark has been at Highmark for over 12 years. He has a diverse background having worked in application development, database administration, systems administration, strategy and planning and enterprise architecture. Mark joined Highmark in August of 1995 as an Oracle Database Administrator and became Manager of Oracle Database Services in 1997. In 1999, Mark accepted the Director of the Enterprise Architecture position. He has held various titles and responsibilities since 1999; however, he has always had some role in Enterprise Architecture and setting the technology or application direction for Highmark. Mark attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received a B.A. degree in Computer Science. Sandy Woodward, Manager, Information Architecture and Modeling, Highmark Sandy is an IT professional with 27 years experience at Highmark. She is responsible for managing the Information Architecture and Modeling department, which includes Data Modeling, Process Modeling, Information Architecture, and Business Architecture. She has 13 years management experience in Data Management beginning in Data Administration and progressing through to Information Architecture. She also has 11 years experience in Application Development on in-house maintenance, development and conversion efforts and 3 years experience in PC/Desktop Management.   Kramer Reeves Manager, Product Marketing, Business Process Management, WebSphere and SOA, IBM Software Group Kramer Reeves has 14 years of experience in the application, infrastructure and Business Process Management software markets. As manager of BPM product marketing for IBM WebSphere, Kramer works extensively with customers to support their BPM enabled by SOA implementations. He is responsible for leading teams in the understanding of core market requirements, developing value-propositions based on IBM and Business Partner capabilities and bringing BPM solutions and skills to market. Kramer has been a frequent speaker at industry conference such as Information Week's "Best Practices for Maximizing ROI using BPM & SOA" seminar series. Prior to joining IBM, Kramer worked for Computare, Inc. where he consulted and developed IT systems for clients in the energy and utility industries. Kramer has a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Patrick Hale, Director, Technology Implementation & Consulting Patrick currently has responsibility for Technology Implementation & Consulting, Information Design & Development, and Enterprise Document management. Patrick has been at Highmark for over 15 years. He has 24 years of experience in application development, project management and technical architecture.
