About Lori Dernavich
Lori Dernavich is an Employee Performance Advisor who works with senior executives, boards, private equity and venture capital firms to resolve immediate employee crises and implement long-term performance initiatives. Her expertise cuts across all industries, including such clients as Absolut Spirits Company, Legal Sea Foods, AKQA, Sean John, and Tremor Video. Lori's unique background and objective voice have made her the ideal person to advise and develop leaders and address cultural and organizational issues that affect company performance.

Prior to founding Lori Dernavich, LLC in 2002, she spent several years serving as a senior recruiting consultant for Winter Wyman in Boston's thriving high tech industry, traveled extensively as a corporate leadership coach and trainer for the UNICCO Services Company, and was a psychotherapist. She has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, a BS in Food Chemistry, and is a Certified Behavior Analyst using the DISC and PIAV assessments.
