Richard Chen - Vice President of Design Engineering, Microfabrica Inc.
Richard has more than 14 years of experience in the micromanufacturing and micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) industry. He currently manages all applications and design engineering efforts at Microfabrica and has also held various management and engineering positions at the company over the last nine years. Chen received a BS from the University of Illinois at Champaig/Urbana and an MS at the UCLA, both in electrical engineering. He has authored more than 20 patents and 12 publications in micromanufacturing process and design.
