This latest business strategy implications paper from the IBM Institute of Business Value (IBV) takes a close look at the changing relationship between CMOs and CIOs as each strives to transform their functions to meet the increasingly complex demands of their business, their customers and the global marketplace.

Based on the seminal research conducted by the IBV that produced both the CIO Study and the CMO Study in 2011, this webcast will spotlight some surprising commonalities between the CMO and CIO.
