Marie J. DiPrinzio, RN, MSN, MBA
Vice President, Clinical Content Development, MEDecision
Marie joined MEDecision in October 2004 bringing more than 28 years experience in health care, with nine years as a healthcare consultant. At MEDecision, Marie is responsible for the development of clinical content for MEDecision’s software including Case Management, Disease Management and Utilization Management.

Prior to working at MEDecision, Marie’s diverse projects included improvements in healthcare operations, clinical outcomes, quality improvement programs, NCQA accreditation, URAC accreditation and clinical guideline development for multi-plan utilization and in-patient utilization. Ms. DiPrinzio earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science from Neumann College. She also obtained a Master of Science in Nursing Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Health and Medical Services from Widener University.

Rosalyn Stephens
Director of Medical Management, DC Chartered
Rosalyn C. Stephens is the Senior Director for Medical Management at DC Chartered Health Plan. In this role, she is responsible for programmatic and day-to-day oversight of utilization review, pre-certification, case and disease management, care coordination and wellness outreach programs. She works collaboratively with Medical Economics, Provider Services, Quality Management and other functional areas to identify utilization trends, quality of care issues, monitor network adequacy as well as potential fraud, waste or abuse patterns. With over 20 years experience in the health insurance industry, Ms. Stephens joined DC Chartered from the AmeriGROUP Corporation, where she was Associate Vice President, Healthcare Management Services. Ms. Stephens is trained as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She received her BS in Biology from St. Leo College in St. Leo, FL; her BS in Nursing from Barry University in Miami, FL and her MS in Nursing from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
