Choosing the Non-Streaming vs. Media Player Options:
When preparing for the webinar, choose your media selection carefully:
The audio for this webinar presentation can be heard on your PC speakers or computer headphones. However, audience participants who do not have PC speakers or computer headphones must dial in on their phone to hear the presentation.
If you have to dial in, then you MUST select the Non-Streaming option when launching the presentation. The default selection is Windows Media Player — this must be changed to Non-Streaming if dialing in by phone. If you dial in and do not select Non-Streaming then the slides and audio will not be in sync.
PLEASE NOTE: If you launch the presentation without making changes, you will hear the audio through your PC speakers or computer headphones.
