“There are risks and costs to a program of action, but they are far less than the long-range risks and costs of comfortable inaction.” -- John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the USA.
In today’s dynamic times, companies are seeing changes become more transformative or significant in nature (e.g. industry convergence or consolidation, aggressive global competitors, etc) and requiring a more rapid response to keep ahead of the competition. Responding to the global marketplace means creating new competitive advantages and breakthrough opportunities. CEOs want to make quantum leaps to grow their businesses and outmaneuver their competition but are increasingly conservative in their budgeting decisions.
Learn how to optimize business processes to improve quality, drive more rewarding customer/partner interactions and rapidly respond to market demands while gaining tremendous efficiencies and real business value across the enterprise.
In this webinar, we will show you how Delta Consultants engaged their technology partners, PointSource and IBM, and justified a long-term BPM strategy to rebuild their market-leading Environmental Health & Safety application, IntelligentEHS®, into an even more agile and competitive differentiator.
Additionally, we will discuss these concepts and also focus on how to get started and show the decision makers in your company the opportunity for increasing value with wise BPM investing. Anyone who manages a line of business, liaisons with IT, manages IT projects or is responsible for IT investment decisions should attend.
All registrants who attend this Web Seminar will receive complimentary access to a white paper and the IBM Online BPM Business Value Analyzer: An in-depth exploration of your BPM goals and benefits.
