  Kirsten Schofield
Partner, National Professional Services Group

Kirsten is a partner in PwC’s National Professional Services Group and has over 20 years of experience with the firm. Prior to her current role, Kirsten served as an assurance engagement partner in PwC’s Private Company Services practice.

Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with non-public companies and is aware of the needs and challenges facing private enterprises. She has served some of the firm’s most complex private company clients, primarily in the manufacturing, distribution and services industries.

Tom Sullivan
Partner, Private Company Services Practice

Tom is the overall market leader of PwC's Stamford, CT, PCS practice, having spent over 25+ years serving privately owned businesses including many private equity owned entities. He has served a number of consumer product/retail, manufacturing and services-industry clients. He has served numerous multinational clients operating in the manufacturing, consumer product/retail, and services related industries. Tom has assisted clients in assessing business and accounting issues related to acquisitions, capital and debt restructuring, divestitures, and implications of new accounting pronouncements. His previous experience as a corporate controller, in a services business, provides Tom with a unique perspective, especially when combined with his distinct experience assisting clients with assessing business and accounting issues surrounding acquisitions, divestitures, and implications of new accounting pronouncements.
  Kassie Bauman
Director, National Professional Services Group

Kassie joined PwC in 1999. After 13 years of performing public and private company audits in Philadelphia, Kassie now leads the execution of several strategic initiatives in the PwC Assurance National office. This includes creating periodic and quarterly thought leadership for financial reporting executives, and developing PwC points of view on developing accounting issues.

Tony DiNardo
Senior Manager, National Professional Services Group

Tony is a Senior Manager on tour in PwC’s National Professional Services Group, specifically consulting in the areas of revenue and liabilities for both US GAAP and IFRS.

Prior to joining the National office, Tony was in PwC’s Private Company Services practice and has over 12 years of public accounting and business advisory experience with both private and public companies and with both US only and multinational companies, including clients in service, manufacturing, publishing, distribution, retail and various other industries.
