Colleen Dudley
Director, Center for Collaborative Health, MEDecision, Inc.
Colleen Dudley joined MEDecision in January 2007 to focus on provider adoption and utilization. She brings to the role more than 20 years of health care experience, with extensive expertise in provider relations and electronic transaction adoption. Prior to joining MEDecision, she served as Provider eService Strategic Relationship Lead for Aetna, Inc., one of the nation's leading diversified health care benefits companies. In that capacity, her primary responsibilities included developing strategic relationships with national hospital systems, national ancillary providers and billing services to reduce phone call volume by enhancing the use of electronic transactions. Ms. Dudley received a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Marrywood College.
Tom Malseed
Market Implementation Specialist/ Product Manager, MEDecision
Tom Malseed joined MEDecision in March 2007 and brings with him over 12 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining MEDecision, Tom worked at Aetna and served as Market Implementation Specialist for Pennsylvania and Team Lead for the Provider eService Account Management staff in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. His responsibilities included the development of marketing plans, training, and the implementation of electronic transactions and vendor solutions for the Aetna provider network. Tom earned a Bachelors of Marketing from Penn State University.
