Help - Mobile Webcast Guide
If you are experiencing streaming video issues please check the following:
1. Your service plan includes both text and Internet browser capabilities.
2. Your smartphone operating system is Microsoft Windows Mobile. These video webcasts stream through Windows Media Player which is available only on Microsoft Windows Mobile versions 5.x and 6.x.
Some of these smartphones are:
3. You have a high-speed data connection, such as "3G", and a data service plan and your service carrier has allowed streaming video files.
The faster your connection, the better. Encoding quality of the video is optimized for all major wireless networks, including 3G/UMTS, EV-DO, WiFi, and WiMAX. Note, we do not recommend using GPRS or EDGE, because these networks tend to suffer from unreliable consistency of available data channel.
Check with your wireless network provider to obtain a data account. We strongly recommend purchasing an unlimited data account, if available
